Disappear is a song made by LUWTEN and part of an installation of the same name made in collaboration with House Of Rubber and Kenza Koutchoukali that’s on display at Centraal Museum Utrecht (NL) from the 11th of September until the 16th of November 2025

The installation is about grief. Grief alienates and isolates. We avoid the subject — and often even the people who are grieving — out of fear of saying or doing the wrong thing. The emptiness that loss brings, the emptiness one carries inside, is infinitely palpable, yet invisible, inaudible, and intangible to the outside world. We wanted to try to make that emptiness more visible, tangible, audible, sharable
